So much for THAT idea!
For several years, every time Sierra goes out in the snow, she comes in with snow caked between her toes. It sticks and she has to chew it off, and she acts like it is quite uncomfortable (which I am sure it is!). So I got this brilliant idea to buy her some doggie boots. I bought these last year, and just brought them out today. I put them on, and had to contain my laughter as I watched her prance through the living room like she had tape stuck to the bottom of her paws. If I laugh out loud, she seriously will look at me like I hurt her feelings, so I tried to contain myself. She is a smart dog after all, and does know when someone is cackling with laughter at her expense. She was so excited to go outside and play with Evie that she got over the strange attire and bounded out the back door. The boots were a real hit! Can you sense the sarcasm? As she excitedly jumped off the deck, all 4 came boots came off in the snow. They lasted a whole 10 feet. I wasn't about to attempt to put them back on. Oh well....back to the drawing board.

Well she looks cute in the booties! Scruffy always has that problem too, snow sticking to her feet. I don't know if that will happen with Sassy or not, we haven't had any snow this year.
LOL! She looks funny ...heheh! Too bad they didn't work!
That is great! She does look quite comical!:) I always let our dog "Snickers" out on a leash ~she can hardly get back in fast enough with these cold temps!!!:)
Lol; I bet Sierra was glad when the booties came off her footsies! She looks so cute in them though and I'm surprised she didn't try to pull them off; she must be a good dog.
hahaha what a great story, those doggie booties never stayed on any of our dogs either, it is funny though
